How many times have you listened expressions such as “what a fashion trousers!” or “you are not fashionable at all”.

Everybody knows that we can talk about different periods of time when we're talking about fashion. For example, we talk about the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s  and so on.

In my opinion, there is no reason to talk about fashion. Clothes and cars were different in each period  because technology, for example, was also different or because likes and dislikes were different too.

On the other hand, I completely disagree with the expression “you are not fashion” because I think that we are free to decide what kind of clothes we want to wear and no matters if they are the clothes that the majority of people wear in our village, our city or our country.

Saint Valentine day

On the 14^th of February people celebrate St. Valentine. It’s a very especial day in a lot of countries for a lot of couples because it’s said that this is the lovers’ day.

During this day, it is typical to give special presents to our boyfriend or girlfriend, such as an unforgettable dinner in the best restaurant of the city, a very nice travel in a pretty city in the world such as Paris or another one.

But not all the people celebrate this day. There are too many people that don’t remember this day and don’t do anything special. When this happens one of the couple can feel angry or sad.

Apart from this, I  like people who don’t celebrate this day because we think that this is a commercial day and that all days can be the lovers’ day when we are in love. We shouldn't need a lovers' day to show our love.

A memorable experience

It was the 20th of July, 2007. That day was my 10^th birthday and my mum surprised me with a very special present. She booked a flight to Paris to visit Disney Land Paris with my aunt and some friends of us.

It was a very special present because I always wanted to go there and I was very happy. But when the day to leave arrived I was so nervous because I had never flown before and I was really very afraid of planes.

At half past ten in the morning we arrived at the airport and during two hours I was taking photos, and we played different games to pass the time more quickly.

Apart from this, I was the entire time saying to my mum and my aunt that I didn’t want to take the plane because as I said I was very afraid and very excited.

Finally the hour to take the plane arrived and my mum said to me that it would be a memorable experience. At the end, I decided to take the plane with them because I didn’t want to lose the opportunity to visit Disney Land.

I continued being afraid only during the first twenty minutes of the flight. After these twenty minutes, I thought I like to fly a lot and that it was really a memorable experience.
